Shipping

We provide free shipping delivery on all orders over $80. Shipments are made via UPS Ground Shipping and typically take up to 5 days to arrive at their destination within the United States.

Returns Policy

All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in brand-new, unworn condition, including all the contents inside the manufacturer's packaging. We recommend trying your new shoes on at home, on the carpet only. Please return items in their original shipping container, and do not adhere shipping labels directly to the shoe box. Both the shoes and their box must be returned in like-new condition. If you no longer have the original shipping container, they can be found at UPS or USPS. If you need to make a return within 30 days, please write “return” on the invoice you received with your order. Place the invoice and all items into your shipping container and return it to our store location (1530 E 86th St., Indianapolis, IN 46240). If you no longer have the invoice to put in the package, please make a handwritten note with your order number and name stating you’d like to make a return. Prepaid return labels are only provided for returns that are defective or incorrectly shipped. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund.
